Terms & Conditions:
- Contract starts after ending of the regular warranty period.
- Product eligible to the Extended Warranty: All chairs, zero gravity massage recliner, desk bike, selected sit stand desk converters and height adjustable desks. Excluding display set sale and roadshow promotions. Other terms & conditions apply.
Warranty Coverage
Ergoworks offers warranty coverage for its products sold and delivered within Singapore. This warranty is valid only for purchases made through:
- Ergoworks official retail stores in Malaysia
- The Ergoworks official website (ergoworks.com.my)
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact Ergoworks Customer Support or send an email to enquiry@ergoworks.com.sg
- Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Submit photographs of the defect or product condition
- Upon verification, Ergoworks will advise on repair, replacement, or part servicing option
Limitations & Discretion
Ergoworks reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is covered under warranty. The warranty is void if the product has been disassembled, altered, or modified by any unauthorized party, including self-disassembly by the customer.
Any replaced items or repaired components do not extend the original warranty period.
Service Availability
Warranty service is available only within Malaysia. On-site servicing may be offered depending on the product type and issue reported.
